Stress-less MindMesh Membership Form

The Stress-less MindMesh Online Membership fee covers your application submission for membership and all steps necessary to process you through the intake process. We will be gathering information as you go through the process of matriculation into the system and, if you qualify, you will move forward through the process and will begin your MindMesh Secessions. If for any reason you are not selected for the program, we hope you will seek other professional help.
